This place suits me perfectly with excellent amenities like free Wi-Fi, a great fitness center, and a welcoming bar area. The staff helped with a late check-out on my first stay, which I truly appreciated. I recommend trying the pool!

I loved how spacious the King Room Non-Smoking was, offering both comfort and style with premium decor! The indoor pool was a fantastic spot to unwind, even when it got a little busy. Most importantly, the staff went above and beyond, especially Natasza, whose warmth made me feel right at home.

Comfortable stay, but the smoke detector kept us awake all night.

The pool area was a hit with my teenagers, and the nearby Metra Station made it easy to explore all the entertainment Chicago offers. The complimentary breakfast vouchers definitely made our mornings easier and saved a bit on dining expenses.

My kids wished for a better breakfast selection for families, as the options were quite limited.

The outdated design of rooms felt dungeon-like, especially staying on the second floor near the stairs. AC units not functioning properly made for uncomfortable nights, disrupting sleep with inconsistent airflow. Breakfast policy only permitting two vouchers in a room for four people was a letdown, leading to unexpected costs. Furthermore, the inability to open windows felt stuffy, compounded by a damp smell lingering in the air.

Great Experience with Friendly Staff

I stayed for two nights and had an enjoyable time. The bed was really comfortable, which made for restful nights. The on-site restaurant served up fantastic breakfast options while the bar was perfect for unwinding. Staff, especially Tom at the front desk, went above and beyond to assist with everything.

The hotel was impeccably clean, and I appreciated how accessible everything was, especially the lobby and dining areas. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that my stay was as comfortable as possible – a real blessing for seniors.

More working elevators would greatly enhance convenience.

The kids loved the indoor pool! The room was okay, but there were a few repair issues. A bit noisy at times, but overall a decent stay. 😊
